At 4.00pm participants arrive at the Hotel Mercure in Hameln, or at the camp site in
Hameln by the River Weser.

Camp site address: Campingplatz Hameln on the River Weser: Uferstr. 80 in 31787 Hameln
| 7.00pm | joint evening meal in the restaurant Mi Casa right next to the camp site in Hameln
with an introduction to the agenda for the weekend. |
Saturday 31 August 2019
| 8.30am | Breakfast in the hotel or at the camp site |
| 9.30am | Line up of all Austin A30/ A35s at the car park outside the camp site |
| 10.00am | Departure of our round trip in the Weserbergland area (total distance 60km/40m) |
| 10.30am | Cross the River Weser by vintage ferry near Hessisch Oldendorf |
| 11.00am | Visit to the Schillat stalactite caves (Schillathöhlen) |
| 1.00pm | Lunch en route |
| 3.00pm | Return journey to Hameln |
| 4.00pm | Arrival back at the camp site in Hameln or the hotel |
| 6.30pm | Evening meal in the Pancake House (Pfannkuchenhaus) in the old town of Hameln |
Sunday 1 September 2019
| 8.30am | Breakfast in the hotel or on the camp site |
| 9.30am | Line up of all Austin A30/ A35s at the carpark outside the camp site |
| 10.00am | Departure of our trip to another part of the Weserbergland (40km/25m) |
| 10.30am | Visit to the Schloss Hämelschenburg (castle and grounds), visit café or guided tour |
| 12.00 | Continue our drive through the Weserbergland to another vintage ferry near Grohnde |
| 1.00pm | Lunch at the Grohnder Fährhaus on the other side of the river Weser |
| 2.30pm | Return journey home |

We have reserved a number of hotel rooms under the codeword “Austin” at the Hotel Mercure
Hameln. This reservation expires on 15 June 2019. Participants have to contact the hotel
directly and book their room from the reserved rooms and ensure payment on departure.
